After having a terrible experience the previous day purchasing a Kia at another dealership, I reached out to Westside Kia. Someone took my call right away, answered some basic questions and told me a salesperson would reach back out to me very soon. Just a few minutes later Javier called me and we talked through what I was looking for. Within 10 minutes he sent me an offer that was fair on a 2022 EV6. I live in Austin and his professionalism and quick action gave me a good enough feeling to basically purchase the car over the phone without having seen it in person. While driving to Houston, he had a window tint put on and the car charging since we were driving right back to Austin. Once arriving, he made sure we were taken care of and when wrapping things up we worked with Dylan on the trade in and paperwork. We did not finance, so I have no review on that process. Dylan made the paperwork side of things very fast and easy. We drove away from Westside Kia with the feeling that this dealership is where we will look first next time, even though we live 2.5 hours away and near 3 other closer Kia dealerships. Thanks to Javier and Dylan for giving us such a great experience! My only regret is not purchasing our other Kia there a day earlier.

My experience dealing with Rick and RYE was awesome. They kept me in the loop with everything and I do mean everything. I am a bugaboo when it comes to what I want to know and things I prefer. I have no in between its either I want it or don't, like something or don't. They were very very informative and answered my questions whether it was morning noon or night. If you go to Kia definitely ask for Rye (salesman) and Rick (finance). They know their jobs and know it well. They dont try to get over and give u the XY and Z about every aspect of the vehicle.
