This was my first new car purchase, but I’m very familiar with the car buying process. After being completely ignored by other local Acura dealerships, I contacted this dealership. Evan and Adam specifically did a great job working with me on my new TLX and helping me set up shipping since I am on the other side of the U.S. Both Evan and Adam were extremely attentive, made sure all of my questions were answered, and made the process easy especially since I was making it more difficult by adding the shipping factor. This was by far the best car buying experience that I’ve been through, and while they are not at all local I will still be recommending them to everyone!

As always, great service and communication. I had my car towed to V. E. Acura at the end of business hours; I was not with it. When I got to my phone the next morning there was a message that reported my car was fixed and they could come pick me up! I’m always pleased with my service and have been for years.
