We had the best experience at Acura with the help of Sam making our transaction smooth with the car of choice my gf decided to get. Even though we didn’t get a acura. We purchased a beautiful Mercedes for an amazing price. We came from NJ and made the deposit online which was fully refundable if she didn’t decide on taking the vehicle. Sam helped us make sure everything went the way it should go. After we made the deal he sent us to Carlos the finance manager. That man right there let me say made us feel at home. One of the Best Car Purchasing Experiences Ever! I shopped for weeks for an Acura MDX S-Advanced. Then one morning I reached out to Scanlon Acura and was greeted by John Gallman. He was very knowledgeable and courteous...he made it very easy. In less than an hour our deal was made and I was off on my 4+ hour drive (one way) to purchase a new Acura. When I arrived everything was ready and the finance guy was top notch. I was in and out in about an hour with no hassles. John was patient and showed us how all the cars systems worked. It was well worth the 8 hour round trip and I was happy to pass by the other dealerships I had been struggling with trying to make a deal. I would absolutely recommend John and Scanlon Acura!

!!USED CAR BUYER BEWARE!! My partner and I purchased a used vehicle from this location back in May. Our sales guy was great! Went through financing with a breeze. The sales guy said the vehicle when through an inspection and everything was fine- we should’ve ask for this inspection and/or taken the vehicle to our shop. During our test drive we noticed a burning smell coming from the engine bay and we (including the sales guy) chalked it up to the engine bay being cleaned and shined up. The vehicle had to come back after the purchase for an alignment, which was agreed to before we signed our purchase agreement. A month later I took it to our shop as the burning smell didn’t go away as it was assumed it would after the engine shine wore off. At this time it was discovered the vehicle had an oil leak that had been leaking for awhile and should’ve been caught in this dealers inspection. $5,000 later the issue has been fixed and the vehicle is running amazingly. I’m not mad and I’m fortunate enough that I can afford to pay for the repairs but that could be a different story for another buyer. If you are looking to purchase a used vehicle here please take it to a shop of your choosing for an inspection.

Just purchased a 2019 Acura RDX with 7,000 miles on it from Scanlon. My husband already has a 2019 RDX and says it’s the best car he ever owned. I absolutely love mine. My husband was not there to buy a car, just to get a screw removed from his tire. While waiting, he was walking around the showroom and Joanne came over to ask if she could help him. After talking with Joanne, he called me to see if I wanted to trade my car in so we test drove the car the next day and decided to purchase the car. My husband jokes that it was the most expensive tire repair he ever had. Joanne was amazing. No pressure, extremely knowledgeable. Took us through the whole process seamlessly.
