My service appointment experience was second to none! I was pleasantly greeted by Service Advisor, Emily whose smile is still with me a day later. As soon as I arrived at the service bay, Emily welcomed me with her positive energy and enthusiasm to assist. She was engaged, knowledgeable, and communicated the service process clearly. She also kept me posted with updates from the technician and the parts department. Emily also made sure that I was made to feel at home by personally walking me over to the lounge area, which was clean, well stocked with beverages, and very comfortable. After my MINI was serviced, it was cleaned inside and out very well! I’ve recently moved to the Pensacola area from Texas, and the experience that I enjoyed at this dealership is like the icing on the cake of beaches and great eateries in this shore community. I’d give six stars if I could!

FANTASTIC CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE About 6 weeks ago my sister needed a new car. We had the pleasure of finding her exact vehicle of choice, a Ford Mustang GT stick shift. I cannot remember the names of the gentlemen who worked our deal but they were very professional, honest, transparent & straight forward. I was gob-smacked by the amount of time everything took, especially since I arrived with a cashier's check for the full amount of the car. The dealership seems to have had too much to handle on that day. For whatever reason, I was there from 12:15 to 4:00, often waiting for the next step of the process. I had been hoping to meet friends; but that plan had to be cancelled. That said, everyone was kind and friendly, and I love my new car.

My car needed a battery. The battery was in stock. But it took almost TWO WEEKS to get my car back. Countless calls and texts to get a status update. Crickets. Voicemails never returned. When it was time to FINALLY pick up my car, I was met with rudeness like I was wasting their time. I had also requested to have my tires rotated and balanced while it was there. They didn’t do it. When I asked why, they said it was because I told them not to. Why would I tell them not to do something I asked them to do while they had my car? Terrible experience. I would not recommend. Only reason I used them is because I have a MINI Cooper and have recently relocated from my old faithful dealership. I’ll drive my car 6 hours back to that dealership for any future needs than use this place.
