I am sharing my experience because it matters. I had a horrible initial experience on 8/8/22 with my service so I sent an email. Greg called me to make my experience better. However after getting my car back on Friday, I noticed it still was having an issue. I went back first thing Monday and asked for the supervisor. When the supervisor came outside to speak with me it was Greg. He was kind and pleasant and assured me he would take care of it. He went above and beyond to make things better. Once my car was completed he took a test ride with me to make sure I was satisfied. I truly appreciate what he did as an individual to make me feel better and calm my concerns. Honda has a great product but it means nothing without great people to present it. Greg is definitely one of those great people. I said I would never return to the Essington location but after dealing with Greg I won’t go anywhere else. He is very kind and catering. And yes…. It matters!!

I had a road trip planned last weekend and stopped into the Essington Ave Piazza Honda Quick Service Center for a tire check. It was very near the closing time and most of the technicians had already left for the day. Thankfully, Andres Box, one of the service advisors, had compassion and went above and beyond the scope of his duties. He “rolled up his sleeves” and personally checked my tires. In addition, he topped off the wiper fluid, which was completely dry. I had a beautiful and safe three hour ride down and back from the Maryland Eastern Shore. I’m grateful for the trip and safe journey. Thank you Andres. Blessings!

Purchased my first car today and I could not be anymore happier and satisfied with my experience at this dealership. Sophan helped me out and he is so dedicated and attentive. He explained the entire process, paper work and he even managed to find my dream car and get it transported to the dealership in two days time (I’ve been searching and waiting for months with another dealership). Marc and the team at Piazza Honda very kindly helped me out at the very end of the workday when my check tire pressure light came on just before I had to drive back to DC. They addressed my tire pressure and turned off the warning light for free and made sure I got home safely. I really appreciated their help and quality service!

Had an appointment Monday afternoon at 12:45 to get a few things serviced for my vehicle. Sales advisor Andres helped me and my lady out a ton with his top notch customer service! He knew that the vehicle would take a while for the services. So instead of having us wait there all day, he was straight up with us and told us that it'll be a few hours. Appreciate that plus that extra accommodations you helped us out with. You're the man😎.... only small issue is. nvm😂 I'll tell you next time I stop in sir.🤝🏽

Waited 2 weeks for them to take a look at my vehicle only to tell me that the repairs to get it back up and running would cost more than the value of the car. Trusting that a dealership would know what they're talking about I sold it for scrap only for the guy who bought it to text me pictures and videos of the vehicle running less than a day later. The issue they completely missed was the timing belt needed replacement. A simple fix that took one guy who isn't a 'professional' less than 24 hours to completely repair. Not only did it take extremely long, it was entirely incorrect and directly caused the sale of my vehicle. At least they got my $200 for being completely wrong though, so that's something. Don't waste your time and money relying on this dealership for their parts and service section. You're objectively better off taking it to any accredited auto repair place.
