Ultimate Buying Experience!! My husband and I recently purchased my 2023 X5 at Orr BMW, and it was hands down the BEST car-purchasing experience we’ve ever had! Our salesman—Joe Kendall—was fantastic. We never felt pressured. The model and color were looking for was not in Orr’s inventory, but he was able to find an X5 with all the features we wanted at another dealer. He even surprised us with a Nothing Bunt Cake and a few other goodies when picked up the vehicle. We were also pleased with what we got for our trade-in. We want to thank Joe again for making us feel so comfortable and valued. We can’t recommend him enough!

We went to Orr knowing we wanted to buy a BMW. Our salesman, Cristofer, did an excellent job working with us from test driving to answer any questions & teaching us how to work the electronics in it. However when it came to signing papers & financing, the finance department was rude! If we didn't already know BMW was a great car we may have changed our minds. I did not want my salesman to lose a sale because the financial person was rude & appeared to get mad when we didn't want to purchase the extended warranty. I definitely recommend a BMW!
