I purchased Acura MDX from acura of east brunswick over the weekend. Anthony Guifreddo is my sales person. I arrived at the showroom at noon to be greeted by Anthony and within few minutes I was sitting in the MDX getting a thorough talk-through of the car’s excellent features. Anthony explained every detail of the car with profound understanding. By 6:00 PM, I was driving the car home. Whatever time it took extra was on my account as I made trips to other places and home and filled required credit applications etc. Handling by Anthony and Acura was very quick. I updated from 2014 Q7 Audi and I am sure I am never buying an Audi again. This car is going to change my mind of what luxury car ownership is.

Open Road Acura of East Brunswick was the fourth Acura dealership I went to in the past few weeks to get the 2023 Acura RDX I wanted (interior and exterior color, AWD, technology package), and I had such a positive experience with Anthony Guiffredo! I dread the haggling process of buying a car, and when a salesperson is manipulative or pushy, and Anthony is none of that. He is right to the point, honest, and keeps it real, which is what I appreciate and reciprocate. My car arrived a few days after I placed the deposit, and he kept me updated on its arrival via text or phone call, and made it clear that he will continue to be available if I have any questions in the future. There were two others that wanted to see him during my time there, and I can see why, he’s great to work with! Thanks Anthony and Open Road!

Don't even bother if your looking for certified. I couldn't even test drive this car because of safety issues. Second car wasn't bad and might have bought it but there was a static noise that the salesman didn't care to find out what it was. Two auto emails got sent to me and I told them what happened. No response, so I guess the review will finally receive one. Oh and the gouges on the tire "didn't just happen". They were shined over. Car sounded like the wheel was going to fall off going 5mph.
