I have had great experiences every time I take our MDX in for routine maintenance!! Today was no exception- I was advised a brake system flush should probably be carried out and the advisor was brutally honest in letting me know how much longer I would have to wait for the service- I had other obligations so we agreed to defer until the next service interval! After a few review updates with both negative and positive, I have edited the reviews solely based on the assistance from the Business Manager. I had a few issues after a great experience with the purchase but the Business Manager has been actively engaged in making sure everything was spot on and has provided stellar customer service. We are all experiencing unprecedented times with employees or lack of and this has become the new norm. I’m appreciative of the management team stepping up to pick up the slack for the non car sales duties and their commitment to the customer.
