Shayne Whitney is great! Was extremely happy with his knowledge and professionalism. Would strongly recommend both Shayne and this dealership. For those complaining about the sales people not coming to you, this is a luxury car dealership, they don’t believe is high pressure sales or chasing down people but they are there if you have questions.
I had a wonderful experience buying a car from McDaniels Acura. My sales associate Jaylynn Sturdivant was awesome; very professional, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure working with! I got the exact deal that I wanted and he made it all happen smoothly. If your buying a car from this dealership, I highly recommend Jay.
My friend was treated horribly at this dealership. After being pressured into a purchase she was unsure about and misled about the condition of the vehicle, she returned the next morning to buy her old car back and was refused service and talked down to. The car she was sold has faulty tires and an issue with the brakes and alignment and was involved in two prior accidents, although the salesperson told her it was probably just a scratch. The "scratch" was two rear-end collisions, which he knew about but did not inform her. I can't say that everyone here is awful but the experience she had certainly was. I do not recommend wasting your time and would take my business elsewhere.
The Sales Advisor Jaylynn was absolutely amazing to work with. He actually listened to my needs and provided a vehicle that met my requirements. I went from the Honda CRV to an Acura MDX. Best decision I made was stopping at Acura. The team was personable and willing to make a deal. Jaylynn was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and it didn’t feel like a sales pitch. He was not trying to waste my time or have me at the dealership for a long time. While we talked about what I wanted he had his team appraising my vehicle, so he had everything he needed to work a deal by the time I feel in love with the MDX. I cannot give enough praise to him & the Acura team for their patience in get everything worked out for my family & I. Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

We were shopping for a used car, loved what they had to offer. Prices were more than fair. We didn't buy there, but we enjoyed our treatment. Were not the easiest car buyers to have patience with and they were great. Well, except until the very end, we picked an A6 to buy. Loved it, wanted it. On the 3rd day of working on the deal, we had all the papers drawn up, our license plate was on the car, just needed the finance manager to sign off on the sale... well, 90 minutes of waiting was all we could stand. It was like everyone in management had left both buildings. We couldn't find anyone to help us. Sales couldn't help. So we took our license plate back. Had them return the keys to our trade in and we drove off, they never reached out to apologize except for the misfortunate salesman who came back to work to a lost sale that was a slam dunk. Were very happy in our dodge challenger now.
