Lamacchia Honda- Premium Honda Dealer in Syracuse

I had a horrible car experience with another car dealership , I emailed Lamacchia Honda and within a few days- I had everyone wanting to help me . They went far beyond what they had to . This dealership does NOT push for you to buy a car from them , they do NOT push any of the paperwork onto you and they make sure you are comfortable with whatever decisions you make . The workers are friendly and inviting . I wish, I had went through Lamacchia Honda in the first place . I am forever grateful for all that they have done for me . Abdul, my salesman also went far beyond what he needed to . He came in on his days off and he offered friendly advice from "person to person" . I could not have done this without him . This place should be recognized for their efforts and genuine and honest sales they do daily .

Someone at the dealership decided it was a good idea to empty both my center console an glove compartment an throw everything on my seats an floor of my car. After having it for two weeks to do a simple ignition switch change. Also refused to put steering column back. When parts where right on the seat. Sorry your employee covered it with stuff he shouldn't have been touching or going through. So glad Honda was able to make right the wrong. Took no time at all and they were nice enough to put my steering column back no questions! Thank you Honda!

Great service here. I started my service with them since 1997. I had no worries knowing my car was well taken care of at a very reasonable price. The advisors take time to answer your questions and make suggestions. Never once did they try to up sale my anything. I moved out of state recently. I really miss their service. I have not been able to find the same elsewhere.

I have been a customer of Lamacchia Honda for about 15 years. While it is a family-owned business, I feel there is a sense of family amongst all their employees. Whether it is the sales department, service department or the administrative group, they are there to help me as a customer to take care of me needs in the most cost-effective way. These guys got me in a car with ZERO hassle. I wanted something sporty, used, and 50k miles. They found me a 2022 accord for a better deal with 7 miles walking off the lot. I've been in sales for 15 years. These guys aren't just making sales; they're making clients. Owen Delay made this easier than it should have been and I will forever praise Lamacchia Honda! Came in today with my aunt to help her look at options for a new car. James came out to help us right away and we told him what we were looking for. They didn't have any cars on the lot that matched the description of what she wanted, but he helped us understand how she could put in an order for a car that met her needs. He even drove out someone's else's car that matched what she was interested in, for us to look at. She was able to sit in it and make sure the size and fit was right, but didn't need to test drive it since she currently has a Honda CR-V and knows how Hondas feel and drive. He was able to give us some numbers pretty quickly, including taxes and fees so there were no surprises. He also made it clear that there were no added dealer mark-ups of any kind, which I really appreciated. It's hard to find a dealer these days that don't do that. We got to a reasonable offer on her 2018 trade-in which was enough to make her comfortable ordering the new car, which James processed for us in less than a half hour. Start to finish we left with a purchase order for a new 2023 in less than 1 hour...no drama or hassles. James and Lamacchia made the process really simple and easy. My kid had a sudden problem with the car. They drove into the dealership and asked for help. The dealer turned them away and said they were too busy. Half an hour later my kid was stranded on 81S. Thanks for your outstanding community service.

Finance department make me die because of interest rate it’s too high 4.99! When I go there I told Sell counselor how about interest rate he said they’ll let you know but they didn’t. If "0” rate have it I will give them.
