Absolutely amazing service! Took my single wheel that was recently powder coated and white and fresh. The tire would lose pressure and was leaking from the inner bead. Andrew made it happen same day. Amazing especially since they were busy. These guys work hard and really know how to take care of people. A++. Thanks guys.

I’ve been to a lot of different BMW dealerships and IG Burton in Milford was one of my favorites. The service staff was friendly, honest, and caring. They were transparent and walked me through the entire process. My only recommendation is to expand the provisions for customers in the waiting room. For example, a lot of BMW dealerships offer breakfast bars or pastries. Thanks to Angie W. for her superb assistance during my visit.

Purchased a vehicle from Nate from an outside market 4 hours away. He was incredibly prompt and responsive. I trusted he was not trying to sell me a car but provide what I was looking for which is why I was willing to sight unseen wire money and drive 8 total hours to pick up my new BMW. Even better he was incredibly knowledgeable of the BMW more than any other BMW dealer I had worked with (have purchased 3) and spent as much time as needed to provide information. Nate is a car advisor/consultant versus a salesman. This morning I received a text from him to make sure our drive back went well and that everything was fine with the car. I picked up a beautiful 230i XDrive from this dealer and I have to say the team was amazing. They picked me up at the airport in Philly and really took care of me. My flight was delayed and they even were willing to stay late for me to get back on the road for my 8 hour drive home! Stand up dealer with a stand up team! I used this place for the first time for my BMW and received an exceptional service. Andrew was attentive and very detailed and thourough in explaining the discovered problems and the options for my car repairs. They had to leave my car overnight and the next day I got it back all fixed and perfect. Will definitely recommend Burton BMW of Milford.

Services taken care of extremely well. Only with installation of new battery, calibrations were not reset. Now unable to reset outside temperature, strange red numbers now show when trying to set inside temperature. Really appreciated the Valet Service.

Needed emergency tire replacement on my tires and IG Burton was super helpful, found a full set for my vehicle in stock, and had me on the road in less than 24 hours. Everyone was very helpful and great communicators. Very happy
