Worked with Ken Gotter at Guaranty. He was awesome, straight shooter, no hidden anything. He wanted my business, but was more concerned about me having my needs met and getting the vehicle I wanted and needed. Lucky for me those two things intersected at Guaranty Chevy! Robin was fantastic in the finance office. She clearly presented my options, and explained each one, and what it meant. Not only that, but when I had a question that she could not answer, she called someone that would know, got the answer, and called me the next day. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase, and they have earned a customer for life.

Spotted the perfect wheelchair accessible van for my Mom after looking for several months. I sent a text message asking a question about the vehicle and Rufus Conrad of Guaranty Chevrolet of Junction City immediately responded. I applied online for financing for Mom, which took just a couple minutes and received an immediate answer. Less than 24 hours later the van was delivered to my Mom’s driveway by Rufus himself with a full tank of gas. Everyone was very pleasant! The showroom was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and inviting. The car was beautiful. The sales rep (Brandon) was super helpful in explaining the gadgets and setting up the software. Guaranty Chevrolet does things right!

This is my fourth vehicle with Guaranty. Mike Culmer is the best. No messing around he gives you the best price on your purchase and on your trade. Everyone there is great. Even Brandon going over all the tech stuff. Very informative.

I worked with Mike at Guaranty since June to secure a Bolt EV. Mike was able to secure the exact Bolt I was looking for. The purchasing process was extremely straightforward without any hidden fees or shenanigans. Well worth the 4 hour round trip commute to skip the 5k+ markups in the Portland area.

I thought I was given the run around. We had drive almost 2 hours to get there based on information I was given in email. I just do not believe they were straightforward with us. I burned an entire day just to get there and typical dealership games. They tried to convince me that I could build "equity" in a vehicle purchase. Um, no. Cars lose value the instant you buy them. Autos are an expense, not an investment. Ethical behavior is something I expect. So I went to another Chevy and got a straight shooter. The instant I walked out of Guaranty I knew I would not come back.

I bought a used truck from Guaranty in Feb of 2021. The truck had a vibration if you drove over 60mph so they gave me a written IOU to fix the vibration and said I could get a second tank of fuel on them. I took in for the service department to check it out and fix the vibration several times. After the second time I had it in I took a test drive with one of the mechanics and he said there was a vibration but he thought it was because of the style of tires. I told him that I did not know that all terrain tires were designed to shake your vehicle if you drive over 55mph, and I asked if they had checked the balance of the tires on either of the two times I had it there and he said no not yet. That was when I lost all confidence in the service department. I told them about the 2nd tank of fuel that was needed and they said they would take care of it after checking the balance and doing some more troubleshooting. They brought the truck back with it still shaking at freeway speeds and with the fuel light on. I never took it back a fourth time and instead paid Les Schwab to balance the tires which fixed the vibration. I am giving them 3 stars because of how the sales guy worked with us to find a truck fit all of the needs and requirements I had. Not because they keep their word or provided me with adequate service.
