Duval Acura- Premium Acura Dealer in Jacksonville

Bought a used car right after the birth of my baby, looking for something we could pay off in a couple months, came across this 2007 Acura MDX, bought it in February.. and I feel like we bought a lemon from there.. we have had problems with it since day 2. 😕.. However, the service dept has been good, trying to I guess work with us. Buyer beware, before signing on the dotted line, take advantage and pay a small fee to have the vehicle looked over before making that decision.. now a days. Everyone is trying to make a quick sale for a reason. 😞

Tim in sales and the Finance man (David I believe) was phenomenal. One of the best car buying experiences. Not just saying that. No pressure what so ever. Listened to what I wanted and needed and wasn’t pushy at all. Stayed after hours just for us and got us an absolutely amazing deal on my Acura after my Honda Cr-V. My husband had an A-spec so I got jealous lol The dealership was clean and everyone was super friendly. They addressed and issues with the vehicle quickly without hesitation. The process was smooth, easy and quick. I always suggest filling out a credit app before you to to any dealership to save time but this time I forgot to, but it was still a super smooth and quick process. 5 stars all around. Im coming back here in about 3 years for a redesigned MDX⭐️🙏🏼Thank you Duval Acura!

Phenomenal customer service, everything was professional and on time. From the time I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was welcomed and attended to immediately. Mr. Mercado Exhibited excellent service, he looked over my vehicle and reviewed documented files for any recalls and any known issues. He explained the displayed service codes and recommendations. It's always such a good experience buying here. There's no real hassle, no pressure, just go in for the car you want, and if you want it, you buy it. They don't do markups, the salesman are always chill. I worked with both Hector and Curtis and they're fantastic people. You can really tell they love their jobs. The showroom floor is nice, the cars are cleaned up nicely, every aspect of this dealership is great. Would recommend buying here to anyone really if you're in the market.

Wonderful service from Duval Acura! The process from scheduling, check in, during service, and post-service were all outstanding. I really enjoy working with these folks and really appreciated the communication from my service advisor Casey throughout the time my car was in the shop. They even set me up with a wonderful loaner car so that my service appointment did not interrupt what I needed to do. Many thanks to the Duval team!

We spent quite a few hours here, but it was all worth it. Nash was an outstanding sales guy. He wasn’t pushy, he explained everything and made us feel really comfortable. He was very nice. Finance was cool too. He wasn’t pushy and in the end provided what was promised. I highly recommend this dealership.

Everyone we encountered was first class. Alex, our sales person, was first class! We had a chance to spend time looking at the showroom cars before his approach as well as he let us guide the process rather than feeling any pressure to buy in that minute.
