My grandson had gone and looked at trucks with another young man a couple of days before that I was not aware of, but after we had been discussing trucks with Carlos for a while my grandson saw the guy he had talked with the other day and Carlos, by his own idea, decided to share credit with the other young man for the sale. I brought my truck in for a check engine and transmission light on my vehicle. I was never offered a loaner vehicle. My vehicle was there for two weeks. I would called 3 times and checked on the status and was promised a call back but never heard from anyone. I was not happy at all, being that I had to find rides to work and doctor visits during that time.
