Absolutely horrible service department. We’ve had our 2021 Aviator in three times for service and each occasion has been horrible. Forget using the Lincoln app to schedule service- apparently they do not honor that at this dealership. Take your money and business elsewhere!
Still waiting on diagnosis. Usually have a great experience with fair service writers, until today. Last week had an issue and was quoted $185 for a diagnosis of the issue, but was advised to wait until the problem light was on consistently to make the diagnosis easier for the technician. When dropping off the car, i was first presented a $555 inspection fee. Three times what was quoted a week earlier, was reduced to 2× the amount of $360 after asking about the price increase. Had to choose a Ford location that has the specialty tools to inspect the vehicle & it's just sad that there's not much consistency in the service dept. When it comes to writing up and charging services.
I have purchased 3 cars in 2 years from this dealer starting in 2018. I am very sorry to say that over the last year thier customer service, especially thier service department is sub par to say the least. It seems that a true lack of communication has become the norm in this department. Sad to see such a stellar service department go down so quickly. I quess we can blame Covid, seems to be the norm. I will definitely be taking my business else where. Reason I purchased all 3 of my Lincoln's was the assurance that thier customer service was top notch, quess I was dupped...
