My experience was the service department was incompetent or unethical and didn't want to honor a warranty issue. I spoke with Mike the service manager and he wasn't interested in resolving the issue either. They basically sent my MDX home with the same problem as it had when I took it in. So I went to another Acura dealership and has a great experience. They covered the warranty in full. I would not recommend Bobby Rahal Acura to anyone.
