Great Service! I worked with David Riley, Service Advisor. My car was brought in by a tow company late at night with a blown tire and BMW of Schererville repaired it, aligned it and delivered it back to me the next day. Overall awesome experience. Highly recommend BMW of Schererville! We just purchased a new BMW X3 the transaction took lees than 3 hours from initial contact to signing the paperwork (All Remotely from three hours away!) The dealership is honest, upfront and fair, no pushy sales pitches. Our salesperson Antonio Soria was wonderful to work with! (We highly recommend asking for Antonio). Did I mention they delivered the car to my house 3 hours away? The delivery person Eric was incredibly knowledgeable in every aspect of the X3!

I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership. I am very pleased at how my interactions with the staff had been! Even though the car was a used car I felt I was given the same treatment as someone who was buying a new car. All the staff I interacted with over the course of purchasing a car and services have been exceptional, not just in their service but most importantly in their knowledge. I purchased an M2 so I was very specific with the questions/ concerns I had. I want to take a moment to thank the people who helped me in the sale of the car as well as the after service I received: Chris Hardaway Justin Stansy Berkli Thompson Zoe Ralowski Nick Remboski Shujaat Siddiqui The mentioned staff above not only show pride in their work but all are car enthusiast. I have other BMW cars and some of the staff have the same cars as me. I could tell by how passionate they were about their own cars that I was with trustworthy people. Below is my full interaction of the experience: I live in Chicago it’s almost an hour drive to the dealership. I arrived as early as I could but could not get there until 6PM when they closed. The salesman Chris H was not only ready to meet me but had the car pulled up and ready. In my previous experience at other dealerships they tend to not bother moving the car and having it ready to test drive until you show up even if you say you are on your way, which is always an annoyance of mine. I bought the car on the spot, Chris and Justin the assistant manager had me in and out of the dealership in just over an hour. You can understand how happy I was to not spend all night there as I still had an hour drive home. A few days later I received a call from Berkli, a Client Care Specialist, She asked how my experience was. I told her everyone was great but I did question had it was the car says I need a service in 1,000 miles if the car was fully serviced after it was taken it in for trade. Berkli said she would speak with the Service Manger and get back to me. The i-Drive system would not tell me what service the car was mentioning, my Bosh professional code read was also not pulling fault codes so I was a bit concerned. After all the team did provide me a document saying all the checks the service team did on the car. Berkli called me back expressing the service in question was a brake flush, she then said I can bring the car to the dealership and it would be taken care of. The next day I brought the car in not only did the BMW Service Team flush my brakes, they also put in an order for rear pads and a new right rear tire as the tread and pad level were below satisfactory levels. The parts were ordered but instead of me having to take off work to drop the car off and arrange a ride home the dealership offered me their concierge service. I was not expecting this offering as I had bought a used car that was not officially BMW certified. I used the service and as planned they BMW staff picked up my car drove it to get serviced, as a reminder I am a good 30 miles from the dealership. I am also beyond grateful that the team was accepting of dropping my car off at Attention 2 Detail where I had the car Teflon coated. I can not express how much time the BMW staff have saved me by getting the car over to the Indiana local detailing shop. Now imagine my surprise when I pickup my car from the detailing shop to notice that not only do I have a new tire brake pads but also fresh rear rotors as well! New rotors were not listed to me on the sheet of service they were going to do but I am beyond happy they gave installed new rotors as well. This has been the best car buying experience I have had!

I will never shop at any other dealer. Everyone there welcomes me in as family. They are so great when I need assistance and need to bring my car in for service. That’s all we buy in our family. Will totally recommend everyone to shop there.

I am the first to be very weary of dealerships, but have been pleasantly surprised throughout the entire process of working with BMW of Schererville! Amazing experience!! I recently purchased an X5M Competition with Daniel at BMW Schererville. Daniel, and his staff made the process so fast, and easy going for us. We live over an hour away, and I would definitely buy here again. Highly recommend!! We love our new family car!!
