Unfortunately, a car accident brought us into West Herr/BMW of Rochester and even though the dealership knew we were in desperate need of a vehicle in a hurry, they treated us with compassion and gave us a great deal. Tyler, our salesperson, was wonderful throughout the process. He was supported by his teammates, who helped us when we randomly popped in with questions and Tyler wasn’t there. We never felt pressured. It was a smooth sale. The auto, an X3, was custom and only took about 4 weeks.

Connor and the team over at BMW of Rochester took amazing care of me when picking up my brand new m4 competition. Having ordered the cars months ago, Connor kept me up to date throughout the process and finally through delivery. Not only is he a great salesman but he’s a great person and is super funny and easy going. Evan, the tech product specialist was also awesome in terms of running me down all the new features on the car and setting up tech related things. I would 100% recommend anyone to this dealership and take it from me making such a large purchase in my life.

I had a great experience at BMW of Rochester. Kyle was immediately attentive. He asked some clarifying questions, and quickly updated me when I came back to check on my vehicle. After a poor experience at my local BMW dealership in Buffalo, I drove an hour to receive service at this dealership. They were kind, welcoming, and attentive.
