I was 1 hour late for appointment due to long Dr. Visit. Called ahead and was told to come in anyway. Drive in and met with service personnel. Signed paperwork and enjoyed coffee and some quiet time. Car was ready when my service writer noticed a leak from the sun roof after the car wash. Brought the car back to service and had the issue resolved. The car was returned to me with all issues resolved under warranty. Won't go anywhere else for service. Great crew.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my first BMW with Simon. He was very attentive and friendly, not pushy at all! The entire Absolutely amazing! The Service team of Robert and Paul went above and beyond the call of regular customer service. I broke a tire rod on my way to Newport around New York City. Not only did they try and help walk me through options but they also connected me with nearby BMW dealers and service shops. I was able to make it to Newport but my car finally stopped working after a safe arrival. The team quickly ordered a new part and got me on my way back home within a couple days, despite it being a holiday weekend. Just amazing!

He found nails in the back tire and had the tires replaced when he could have just looked past it. Paperwork was sent quickly back and forth. He made the entire experience of long distance purchasing effortless and smooth. I don’t what else to say except that Simon is not just in it for the sale, he’s there to truly help and as many others have said in their reviews, he treats you like a family member. What an amazing experience dealing with him and the rest of the staff at BMW of Newport! They are EXTREMELY lucky to have him.

They had the tire in stock and replaced it, and then gave the car a quick wash. They even gave me a ride since I was stranded without a car, and then delivered the car when it was complete.
