I would give 10 stars if I could. Shirley and Priscilla made the purchase quick and easy. They were friendly and accommodating. I didn’t make it to the dealership until very late and they didn’t rush me or pressure me. When my wife and I decided on the one we liked, the whole process took less than an hour. Shirley handled the selection of the car process and once we agreed on the numbers, Priscilla took over with all the paperwork. Christian walked us through the tech features and set everything up. TLDR: if you want to buy a BMW in an efficient manner, I highly recommend working with Shirley and her whole crew.

Shirley and her team, Priscilla and Janice, helped me out from picking up a right model to drive off from the dealership. All i can say is 5 stars are NOT enough for Shirley and her team!!!! I wish i can leave 1000 stars for them. They are the most HONEST, helpful, and responsive people I have ever dealt with!! The entire process was transparent, explanation was straightforward and very easy to understand that I did not even have to ask anything twice. If you are looking to choose right team to purchase your vehicle, you must go see Shirley and her team, Priscilla and Janice. Once you get help from them, you will understand where those 1000 starts are coming from!

I've had a fantastic experience at BMW of Bayside. From the initial phone conversation with Fernando my salesman, meeting him and realizing the great deal I received, I knew this would be the last stop; especially seeing I wouldn't be charged many additional 'fees' as infused by other dealers. I also have to sing praises to Mike the supervisor for the sales team and Anthony from finance. Don't miss the opportunity to get an amazing car at a good price from a team that is far above the rest. I recommend them. Don't take it from me, go and see!

Priscilla is one of the best salespeople I’ve dealt with! She is courteous, organized, and follows through until the end and even after the deal is done, Priscilla makes herself available for any question or issue that may arise! She had all papers ready to be signed and was done so quickly! All we had to do is sign and pay! My husband and I were amazed at her professionalism, knowledge and organization! She is a major asset to the BMW at Bayside company!

The dealership was amazing. Super friendly. Our sales associate Prisilla was awesome!! She was so helpful and accommodating, never making my wife an I feel uncomfortable or pressured into doing anything we didn’t want to do. She explained everything in detail and any questions we had, she answered immediately. Very comfortable and relaxed with purchase of our BMW. Highly recommended.

Given the current car prices the past two years, I decided (at this time) to buy out my existing X4 lease and reached out to Priscilla @ BMW of Bayside during the holidays to begin the buyout process. Priscilla was awesome - knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, friendly, and extremely helpful in providing advice along with answering all my questions in great detail, and in a timely manner so that I did not have to request for a lease extension. Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of service Priscilla has provided starting with the finance options and step by step instructions on the required documentation necessary to complete the buyout. I dread having to take time off from work to visit the DMV but that was all taken care of by Priscilla and team. Been a long-standing customer at this dealership, and will be back seeking a new lease in due time. Nevertheless, if anyone is in the market for a BMW, I’d highly recommend visiting the dealership and to work with the wonderful dynamic duo – Shirley and Priscilla!
