Purchasing a car at Acura of the Desert was the best experience! Being a car geek, I've  purchased A LOT of cars, suv's and trucks. It has never been so seamless and easy. These people are genuinely kind and helpful. Oscar went above and beyond to get me in to a car that is perfect for me at a price that blew the competition away. My story was unfortunate in that my other car was lemoned with a different auto maker who then did not honor their promises. I am so happy to be a new member of the Acrua family. I cannot recommend them enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve always had good experiences with Acura dealerships (6 Acuras so far), but trading in my lease at Acura of the Desert (Cathedral City, CA) was beyond superb! Gil, the manager, was completely upfront from the beginning, and when I verified what he said about financing my trade in, he was spot on. There was no need to haggle, and I my expectations were actually exceeded when I traded in my 2020 TLX SH-AWD lease for my 2022 RDX A-Spec SH-AWD lease yesterday. The improvements in technology design in just 2 years are impressive, and Oscar was very patient with me as he explained all the new features. And when Gil called me to tell me that my RDX was ready and was “sitting in the showroom with a ribbon on it”, I assumed he was joking—but it literally was. Nice touch! I am very happy with my lease, and if you are an Acura fan like I am, I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend Acura of the Desert for your next car.

Julio was incredibly patient with me and all of my texts/ ?s (& trust me there was A LOT! Sorry Julio). He and Oscar are a kick a** team, as well as Gil and Mark were very polite and made the paper work super easy. There was also another man there (Caucasian, I'd guess late 40's) who was SUPER friendly and had such a great attitude (and this was at the end of a business day when I'm sure he just wanted to get home). Absolutely LOVE my new Acura ILX Aspec !! Can't say enough good things about this dealership, particularly Julio. I had an amazing experience here at this dealership. My sale s consultant was Gary Stone, and I highly recommend him. Gary was extremely informative and helpful, very patient and precise. We had no intention of leasing a vehicle, the dealership was supposed to have been a quick stop before Costco, but we ended up leasing a 2021 Acura TLX A-spec, which has been absolutely fantastic. I previously worked in car sales also, therefore I have high expectations for people in the same industry, but Gary did an outstanding job. He never once made me feel pressured into leasing the vehicle, but gave me my space throughout the process. He also had all the answers to my questions, and I was extremely impressed with his product knowledge. I have recommended him to many of my friends, and will continue to do so. Julio the general manager was also amazing, and very transparent. He gave me a very reasonable price for my trade in, and I was more than satisfied. I can not recommend this dealership enough. Their service, professionalism, and thoughtfulness throughout the process was more than anything I ever expected. They went above and beyond to make sure that I drove off the lot satisfied. I would give them six stars if I could in a heart beat. Anthony the service manager and Angel are also fabulous. They make each visit there very enjoyable and keep you updated on the condition of your car. I needed a rental for a couple of weeks and without hesitation they got me in one that very same day. I cannot stress enough how impressed I am with all the staff at Acura of the Desert.

It isn't their fault that the CD Player they installed for $170 didn't work. They didn't take it out for $170; someone else did it for $30. They quoted $1200 for a timing belt; someone else did it for $125. They ordered a recall part but failed to tell me. They let me know when it came in though but I had moved 8 hrs away. A few weeks later I happened to be in their area and made an appt and went in only to be told it would take all day. I will get it done nearer my new address. Poor communicators and set up to overcharge.

My Husband I and took a trip out to Acura of the Desert to view the MDX we had in mind over Labor Day weekend and cannot put into words how awesome Gil Martinez and Gary Stone were. They were so patient, helpful, informative and overall outstanding. It was such a wonderful experience and couldn’t have asked for better people to help us out. When we left with the MDX it was such an exciting feeling. We wouldn’t buy a car anywhere else!

Hands down one of the best sales team EVER! Special shoutout to Oscar and Ty for making this the most easiest and smoothest purchase I’ve ever done. Oscar was incredibly sweet and listened to every want I was looking for in a car and delivered that and much more. He even took a long trip to San Diego to make sure I had everything I was looking for in a car. Ty was so helpful and amazing in making sure I was taken care of and happy with my purchase.
