We stopped by on 11/5/22 to discuss leasing deals on a new Acura Integra A-Spec w/ Tech. We worked with David Ly on discussing leasing options. The negotiation got a little heated when discussing pricing, but David never lied to me and never tried to pull any shady sales tactics on me. They put a lot of pressure on us, trying to get us to agree to buy the vehicle before giving us a price in writing. Even though we didn't end up purchasing the vehicle, I would say David was professional and respectful.

I had a pretty frustrating experience buying a Certified Pre Owned 2020 RDX here. I'll start with the positive. Chris Castro in sales was very easy to work with. However within a couple days I noticed an idle engine rattle, driver's seat creaking noise and sunroof rattles. I immediately took it to the nearby Carter Acura dealer, and the car ended up needing ~$10K worth of warranty covered repairs. After all said and done I was without my car for 2.5 months while I waited for a backordered part. I reached out to Acura of Seattle to see what could be done to help me and they offered no suggestions other than to just wait for the car to be completed. All of the car's issues absolutely should have been caught during their CPO inspection. I absolutely would not trust their CPO certification process again. Update: I emailed their customer care email like they recommended below, and they haven't responded to me.

This review is being made as I am finalizing my papers because of how awesome my time has been today at Acura of Seattle. I’ve been looking for a car a little over 2 weeks because my 02 TL S is on its ends, I called and spoke to Dan Blankenship and explain my situation and he assured me he can find something to help me out. He introduced me to Ekam Deol who was very detailed when going over my options and what they had to offer ! I went to 2 other lots last week and got very little to no where. Within 4.5 hours Dan and Ekam made things happen for me and I am able to to drive off the lot the same day! 5 stars to Dan and Ekam! Thank you so much

Went to Acura of Seattle at Southcenter for a safety recall that I have been getting letters about for the 3 years that I have owned my car. I decided to stop and make an appt. Not in the Acura, the first question asked was the VIN number. I had no clue, the unfriendly staff said well I need that. In order to see what it is. I told her that it has to do with the passenger air bag. She seemed unwilling to help so my son looked it up on Google. Made an appt for the next day. Brought the car in this morning. She said it would only take a couple of hours so I walked to the mall. 45 minutes later she called and said they had no airbags in stock but would have it tomorrow. I said okay, I'll bring it in tomorrow. Then she informed me that because it was a safety issue that I could not have my car back today. This simply seems like something that should have been mentioned when I made the appt. Something like " there is a chance we may need to keep your vehicle overnight" or something. So, I walked back over to get my house keys off of my key ring and was treated like I might take my keys and run for it. This is my first visit here. It's stuffy and unfriendly. My son gets to leave work to come and get me now. Will I ever come back here? More than likely not.

Dary was very helpful and nice. The work he did on my 2018 MDX was amazing, he worked on calibration and it was peak work. Also they gave me a loaner car while they were working on my car the model was 2021 Aspec TLX it was brand new and super nice. I don't think any other car dealership is this nice/generous!
