I just want to give a BIG shout out to this Dealership. We worked with Dale Busdieker. We explained that we were looking for lease prices for our son who lives in CA. Just helping him shop around. Reno gave us an incredible lease price that my son was then able to use in CA as a comp. Reno Acura understood completely that they probably weren't going to get the sale because my S was looking for a specific color combo that they didn't have. But they went out of their way to explain their pricing so that we could use their lease price as a comp in CA. Even their finance guy spoke to us regarding the numbers. Consequently, my son was able to explain the price which resulted in a lease contract in Los Altos, CA. I can't thank Reno Acura enough and especially Dale. He was incredible. I would recommend these guys 100000 times over. They are incredibly honest and decent!

Dealt with this dealership twice and the second time was a complete nightmare. FRANK is extremely disorganized and at the end, exceedingly RUDE when he found out I was taking my business elsewhere, after waiting almost 3 months (when I was told 2 weeks) for my vehicle to arrive. I was told 3 hours before close of business, the day before I was to take possession of the vehicle, that the accessory (Acura of Reno forces you to buy an accessory that costs equivalent to $700 on all new vehicles) wasn't there. Why didn't they tell me earlier when the vehicle arrived 5 business days earlier and the assessory was to be installed the day after the car arrived. I was asked to submit another credit application when I completed it, as requested almost 3 months ago on 9/23 (eventually he was able to see that I did submit it). Not before making it seem like I dropped the ball. I was also asked the night before I was to take possession of the vehicle, for my insurance card. I clearly asked if there was anything else they needed from me when I digitally submitted other documents per their request on 9/23 and it's now 12/10. When I mentioned I had asked this previously, that's when FRANK gave his curt reply that has now set the tone for no future car deals with Acura of Reno.

Slow Hands
If I could give negative rating this place would receive it due to the service department. Not only lied about the status of repairs while it was there for 7 days but caused damage (large rock chip in windshield) during 90 miles on speedometer without even cleaning it after and still didn't have the paperwork completed when I arrived to pick it up despite 2 days since stated completed. Oh and someone actually urinated on the floor in bathroom and service didn't even close it after notoce. FAIL. Go to Wilkerson in SLC

The mechanic went through my personal things and took money. I took before and after pictures of my change. They need to pay their employees more and maybe have HR give a Integrity class. I will never go back.

Good service dept. Doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. Prices in line with dealer shops but they have always finished at quoted time.
