To be eligible to be certified pre-owned, an Acura model must be well-maintained, under six years of age, have less than 80,000 miles and have a 12-month/12,000-mile Certified Limited Warranty. If eligible, the pre-owned vehicle is subjected to an extensive 182-point inspection and must pass that and a vehicle history report. It’s only after passing this rigorous process does the vehicle become Acura Certified Pre-Owned and receive an extensive Roadside Assistance program. Visited the service department today. The dealership has a very comfortable waiting room with complimentary coffee and water,big screen TVs and a self-service kiosk featuring a good selection of snacks and cold beverages for sale. Holly my service representative was outstanding. She's been with the dealership for many years and has a great understanding of the service department and how to get things done proficiently. Sandy Silva (sales) and Jonny Gedeon (financial) made buying an Acura such a pleasant and easy process. Sandy by far is the best sales associate I’ve ever worked with, and I won’t be buying a car from anyone else from here on out! She’s so kind, patient and truly listened to our needs. The manager Brad also took time to introduce himself and answer additional questions. Overall the best car buying experience by far.

Service overcharges. You’d be better off going to a Honda. For example a transmission fluid replacement is $250 at Acura but at Honda is $150. I asked female service agent why it is $100 more and she was very rude and said “i dont know that’s just the price” Also the person I bought the car from I have reached out to Scott regarding warranty. Have never head back from him. Will never buy a car here again. Awful customer service

Very disappointed, took all my equity with the story about how they are taking a chance because nobody wants a 2 wheel drive suburban. Had a beautiful 2016 with 8 grand equity they would not split it, low balled me and listed it 7600 more than what they paid me sold in 1 day. Splitting my equity would have been the fair deal. I believe they knew they found a diamond and took advantage of me. Now I'm upside down by 6 grand on a over priced purchase. Don't trust them.
