One of easiest car buying experiences I've had in the past 19 years, hands down. Both finance managers Colin and Michael were also very friendly & professional to work with. Great dealership to buy brand new or used car. I had the Pleasure of having Danny as my salesman, in December 2021 Danny helped with purchase of a Brand new 2022 Acura MDX A-Spec and now Danny not only did he help me with the purchase of a 2015 Audi S5, he kept me updated while the car got its checklist done since it was a new used car that they had just acquired. I plan on sending my friends and family to this location, I cant say enough on how great Danny has been never have I seen such a caring salesperson. McGrath Acura in Libertyville will be my dealership moving forward.

McGrath Acura in Libertyville is a FANTASTIC dealer to do business with. I replace vehicles often and I am on my second Acura from them because the experience is friendly, fair, and honest. My sales consultant Matt Darbro took great care of me. He remembered to contact me when the vehicle I wanted to test became available (which took several weeks) and then continued to just do an all around great job with anything I needed. I've also dealt with Jeremy Eckles twice now and he is doing an excellent job in management. Lastly see Mike Rosenburg in finance to handle your deal professionally and without all the hassle! My new Acura MDX A-Spec has been flawless and even if I did have an issue their service department does good work too. Do yourself a favor and go see this team!!

I got a CPO 2019 RDX. So far, the experience has been the worst: First, the windshield had a massive crack at the bottom (almost as wide as the windshield). I'm happy that they acknowledged and agreed to fix it for me, which is great, but unsure how this crack was overlooked in the CPO process. (the checklist mentioned there were no chips or cracks). Second, I lost power when trying to overtake a vehicle, which put me in a dangerous situation due to a intercooler related recall. This happened twice Dealer ordered parts and says there is no ETA for the intercooler and the windshield. Third, the infotainment has issues with Carplay as my phone won't connect until I restart the car. Lastly, the dealership is highly unresponsive when I try to follow up. They don't respond to my voicemails or when I try to reach them from their website. Overall, I don't feel safe driving this car, but unfortunately, this is the only car I have. The sales experience was good though but after sales not so much. UPDATE 12/1/21: After reaching out to the dealership they luckily did replace the windshield at no cost to me. The intercooler part took a long time to arrive but was fixed eventually. UPDATE 3/17/22: I started noticing three problems which I didn’t realize that were out of ordinary when I got the car. 1. Brakes started to grind. Front rotors and all brake pads needed replacement. 2. The moon roof shade is loud and sounds like a mini chain saw when opening or closing the shade. 3. Trunk makes a huge popping sound when opened. I went to a different dealership this time and they acknowledged that these were problems and fixed all three issues under warranty.

My wife and I came to McGrath Acura to purchase a used vehicle. We spoke with Michael R and he made the buying experience so easy. He was so helpful and made everything that goes into buying a car so smooth. If we buy another car we will definitely go back and look for Michael. He was by far the best salesman we have dealt with in the whole car buying process.

From beginning to end the process of buying a used certified Acura rdx here at McGrath Acura was such a smooth process. Alex, Alex, and Omar were great to work with. They explained everything in detail and kept me informed from how long the process will take to my car is being cleaned and ready to purchase. I highly recommend this dealership as everyone In the office is nice and knowledgeable. I was never pressured to buy a car or forced to accept a deal I didn’t want.

On a very fine Tuesday morning slightly breezy, slightly humid, with beautiful rays of sunshine. I, Jonis Jay Ancheta Celindro, (future porter current M A N A G E R) entered the fine establishment of Acura McGrath at 8:04 am. Upon entering I was greeted with only the finest team of service writers. Gentlemen would be an understatement. These over achievers not only assisted me, but went above and beyond. They demonstrated a perfect example of what future adviser is and paved the way for many. The services included the finest of oil changes and a pitstop like tire rotations that put f1 teams to shame. They preformed such services on my 2012 Acura TSX Sport wagon. Rare car... I know. k24 now that's VTEC. Purchased a used car from them. Pulled out of parking lot after getting the keys, all the warning lights popped on. Pulled off road shut off car and restarted it, some of the lights went away. One by one they dropped off until one was left. Could not drive car with one plate, and only had 11 days to return car back to dealership. License plate holder took two weeks to get shipped and then got cancelled. 3 weeks after picking up car, all the lights popped back on. Taken car to new dealer.
