I got my car serviced today and everyone was so friendly and nice. I have been going to Acura of Boston service for over 30 years and for many many of them have been dealing with Peter Marks in service. He is so nice, knowledgeable and friendly. I always ask for him and he never disappoints on getting things done at the promised time. Highly recommended.

I have brought my cars here since the 1990s. Excellent service; they always give me options on what the car really needs and what can wait. The work Is high quality using Acura parts. It is more expensive than your local shop, but they give a 10% discount even when I don’t bring the mailed coupon & you can depend on the quality of work performed. Video clips are sent of the work as it is performed; spacious waiting area with private cubicle work space. Peter is the best!

Had an unexpected issue with my new car while traveling. Called Acura of Boston and they got me an appointment immediately. Their shop foreman drove my car to diagnose the possible cause, and while they couldn't duplicate it, they offered their experienced insight to put my mind at ease for my long drive home. And they washed my car, too. Would definitely recommend their service department.

We had looked at three other dealerships for arriving at AoB. We needed a vehicle for commercial purposes and it was our first one. Korab was out sales rep and he stayed in touch through out the process. It took longer than we expected with our insurance carrier but Korab kept in touch and was very professional. Service is top notch especially if you own an Acura, they even send you a link to a real time video from the mechanic with updates on what he finds on your car. The only thing that could perhaps improve is communicating more quietly the information about any one's car or what was found, I wouldn't want every one in the waiting area to know what I am going to pay for repair or not, I believe that should be more of a quiet conversation between the agent and the customer as opposed to a loud one where everyone can hear. Other than that, it's all good 👍.

Had an appointment for Saturday at 8:00 AM. Will at the Acura of Boston service depth called me almost an hour later with an official diagnosis, told me what my car needed, when the parts would be in. The day they said parts are in, my car was ready. They even vacuumed my car for me, wasn’t expecting that, truly appreciate that. Acura of Boston is a great place to have your Acura serviced. I have another issue with my car that they gave me a price on and will definitely come back to them to get it addressed.
