I had an urgent problem with my car that had to addressed ASAP. Although the next appointment was not until two days later, Jon was able to give me an estimate that day and do the work the following day. George also addressed the quality of the work to make sure I was satisfied. Both men have worked with me before and are part of the excellent team at the now AutoNation Acura Hunt Valley. I hope that the dealership stays the same because I have had my Acura TSX for 11 years and the dealership has been consistently outstanding. This visit was did not disappoint!

Harry Levy of AutoNation Acura Hunt Valley was very courteous and considerate during our latest service on our RLX. He encouraged us to drop off the vehicle Friday evening to ensure it would be serviced during their Saturday hours. He promised it would be available by 1 pm and actually had everything done by 10 am Saturday. He also took the time to review the multi-point inspection report to ensure we knew the results. Very pleased with his attentive customer service.

It all started from cargurus…Rob responding quickly to my inquiry. Took me a couple day to decide , then I revived notification the car had sold, reached back out to Rob and he told me the car was still there , he set me up with Dennis! Dennis was great 😊 he had me and my husband laughing the whole time -Dennis your customer service was EVERYTHING and I thank you! Next we met Tyler he was awesome! Jon explained what the service department was going to check out on my car. He was very professional and courteous. Once the service department checked out my car, he explained what the next steps were in solving the issue of my car. Just a great and pleasant experience whenever I take my car in for routine service, too!
