My MDX is a 2012 model but I love it and will drive it for another year. I always have it serviced at Acura Columbus. On Tuesday August 16 I brought it in for a car wash . I’m always impressed with the polite young men that great me . I needed a battery replaced in my key fob. I was directed to parts and a very sweet service tech took care of that for me. I will definitely buy my next car at Acura Columbus as their service and technicians are the best and treat customers with respect .

Beyond pleased with the customer service provided by Acura Columbus. My car would not start, it was after hours but I decided to text the service number anyway. I was extremely surprised when John, the dealership owner, responded that one of his technicians would call me to see how they could help. The technician knew immediately it was my battery based on my explanation and even was kind enough to offer to walk me through jumping my vehicle of necessary. TWO Separate reviews. Sales and finance 5/5 service 2/5 Bought a used BMW in June. The sales process was smooth. The financing manager was great. There were a couple of hiccups that were handled professionally and politely. Sales and finance get a 5/5. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends. The car was supposed to have been serviced when the dealership accepted it as a trade in. I get the car home and the past due service light pops up. I let our salesperson know about the light and he looks into it and realizes it was never serviced. They got me scheduled a week later for the used car service. Spent 2.5 hours waiting on an oil change and inspection from the service department. This is something that should have already been done to the vehicle and is something you would have thought they’d expedite. Again this is something that should have already been done to the vehicle and while I appreciate them trying to make things right, waiting 2.5hours is not what I had in mind and should have been communicated to me beforehand.
